Samsung's latest Cortex-A9 SoC boasts low power draw, 1.5GHz speed

Samsung announced a new 1.5GHz version of its dual-core, Cortex-A9 Exynos processor, built with the company's 32nm High-K Metal Gate (HKMG)process. Compared to the 1.2GHz Exynos 4210, the 1.5GHz Exynos 4212 offers a 25 percent increase in processing power and a 30 percent lower power-level, while its graphics processing unit (GPU) delivers 50 percent higher 3D graphics performance, the company claims....
